Plastic Elastomer Seated Butterfly Valves
Type 57, Type 56 & TB Series

Elastomer seated butterfly valves are available up to 24" The newly designed Type 57 incorporates moulded body gussets to prevent overtighening of the seat, a redesigned spherical disc for better sealing and increased Cv values and a new plastic gear operator for better corrosion resistance. It maintains the features of the Type 56’s “top flange” and shaft conforming to ISO for standardized actuator mounting and the handlever which no longer has external metal parts. These valves offer a large range of sizes and selection of body, disc and seat materials. This allows them into a wide range of on/off or throttling control applications.
