Blue PE100 for Compressed Air
Blue PE100 for Compressed air piping products are specifically designed for compressed air. Blue PE100 is made of Solvay Eltex TUB 124 blue high density polyethylene (HDPE) resin and is extremely ductile, light weight, corrosion resistant and creates minimal system pressure drop. Installation is faster, more flexible and lower cost than metal systems.
Blue PE100 is not affected by condensate and moist environments which cause most metal systems to scale, pit or corrode, which result in increased system pressure drop. It is chemically resistant to synthetic and mineral oils in compressed air. Blue PE100 also provides excellent chemical resistance to a multitude of acids, alkalies and hydrocarbons.
