ChemFlare™ Leak-Free PFA Tube and Fittings
ChemFlare™ end connections offer leak-free, maintenance-free performance and minimum dead volume for ultrapure/sodium hypochlorite applications. ChemFlare™ offers a long service life with a minimum of 25 years of life expectancy on sodium hypochlorite services. Our trademarked system eliminates leaking cemented or threaded connections. High integrity in high vibration applications and reliability in sideload applications allow for compact plumbing and a small footprint.
ChemFlare™ end connectors are available on all Chemline valves which have True Union ends, flow meters and controls up to 1-1/4”. They connect PFA tubing down to 1/4” size.
Tubing must be flared using a mechanical flare tool or by heating and using a forming flare tool (preferred method). Consult Chemline for flare tools.
The ChemFlare™ system is ideal for transporting corrosive chemicals, acids, and solvents without risk of degradation or contamination.
